This policy explains what information WiseGai ("we", "us"), the shared brand of Alkoby Designs and Prophet of Profits, collects through wisegai.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The companies behind WiseGai are Lee Alkoby LLC and PROPHET OF PROFITS INC. Lee Alkoby LLC operates this website and handles its project inquiries and website data requests.
The short version
- We only collect what you choose to send us, plus basic technical data any website receives.
- We use it to answer you and to run the site. We don't sell it or share it for advertising.
- Most free tools run entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste into them is sent to us.
- You can ask us to see or delete what we hold at trywisegai@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send a project brief or email us
The project form asks for your name, business, email, and optionally your phone number, website, location, industry, what you need, your goals, your timeline and a message. We receive whatever you fill in when you send it, along with anything you include in emails to us.
While you fill in the form, a draft is saved in your own browser so you don't lose it if you leave the page. That draft stays on your device and is cleared after our delivery service accepts the brief. If online delivery fails and you use your email app instead, the draft remains on your device until you clear the site's browser storage.
When you use the free tools
- Scam check, Spot the scam, AI fit quiz and Prompt library run in your browser. What you type or paste is not sent to us or stored.
- Website check sends the web address you enter to Google's PageSpeed Insights service through our server. We keep an operational report log containing the website address without URL queries or fragments, device strategy, test time, status, scores and findings in a 90-day reporting window. Cache hits still create a separate submitted-check record and show the original test time. The log does not identify you unless you choose to send us your report with your contact details. Downloading a PDF creates it in your browser; sharing a report sends a generated PDF attachment to our inbox.
Technical data
Like any website, our hosting and security providers receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. It is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.
Analytics
Where enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page traffic and performance measurement. It does not set analytics cookies or use browser storage to track visitors.
Where enabled, our Cloudflare D1 dashboard records page loads, broad traffic-source and device categories, project-planner steps, brief-send attempts and outcomes, and free-tool use. These events use fixed labels and site paths, excluding contact details, form answers, pasted text, search terms, full referrers, website-check addresses, IP addresses and visitor identifiers. Browser analytics respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track and uses a 90-day reporting window. Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine also holds aggregate fixed-label counts. No unique-person count is inferred. Operational submitted-check and inquiry records are separate from browser analytics and are required to provide the requested report and follow-up.
Cookies and browser storage
The site doesn't use advertising cookies. Local storage keeps the form draft described above. Our private owner dashboard uses a strictly necessary, secure session cookie for up to eight hours. Security rate limits use short-lived hashed request keys; raw IP addresses are not stored in our dashboard database. Our hosting provider may also use necessary cookies to prevent abuse.
Who helps us run things
We use a small number of service providers, who process data only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare for hosting, security, project-brief delivery and, where enabled, analytics.
- Google for PageSpeed Insights (website check) and our email. Font files are served from WiseGai, without a visitor request to a Google font service.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
Dashboard event, submitted-check and inquiry copies use a 90-day reporting window, with older records cleared when the owner dashboard is used. Download access for a visitor's saved report expires after seven days; the PDF you downloaded remains yours. Inbox emails and project records are kept for as long as needed to respond, work with you and keep reasonable business records. You can request deletion where no legal retention requirement applies.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email trywisegai@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. You can also clear the form draft at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we limit who can access what you send us. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through the form.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
