Once we've set up your AI, AI Buddy keeps you confident: 60 minutes of phone help every month with the setup we built together.
Phone only: no text or chat support. Only setups completed by WiseGai qualify; preexisting setups and setups completed by another provider are not eligible.

Learning AI isn't one-and-done. Apps update, new features appear and new scams show up. AI Buddy gives you 60 minutes of phone help every month, so you always have someone to call.
Because we know exactly how your devices and accounts are set up, we can focus on the setup we know. That's why AI Buddy is only available to clients whose AI setup we did ourselves. We don't take on setups done elsewhere.

Who can join AI Buddy?
Clients whose AI we set up through our Setup + In-Home Visit. We don't offer AI Buddy for setups done by someone else, because we need to know exactly how your devices are configured.
Can I text or email questions?
No. AI Buddy is phone call only, so you always get a real conversation. For anything else, you can book a one-on-one lesson.
How much help do I get?
60 minutes of phone help every month.
How do enrollment and cancellation work?
We confirm enrollment, billing and cancellation arrangements with you before membership starts.
Can I buy a membership for my parent?
Yes, once we've set up their AI with a Setup + In-Home Visit. The setup visit must be completed before membership begins.
