3. The simple question formula

"I'm 72 and my roof was damaged in a storm. Write a short, polite letter to my insurance company asking them to send an inspector this week."

4. Never share with any AI

• Passwords or PINs
• Social Security or Medicare numbers
• Full bank or card numbers
• Codes texted to your phone

5. The 3-step scam rule

1. Hang up or stop replying.
2. Call back on a number you already trust.
3. Ask for your family code word.

Check four things: right item, right address, right card, right total. Check the provider’s permissions and require your review before a purchase.
