I've never used AI before. Is that okay?
Absolutely. You can start from zero. We begin with where to tap and what to type, and we go at your speed. No question is too basic, and we never rush you.
Which AI will you teach me: ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Muse?

Do lessons happen in person or online?
Lessons are by phone, Zoom or FaceTime anywhere in the U.S. In Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, we also come to your home to set everything up with our Setup + In-Home Visit.
How much does it cost?
The first 15-minute call is free. A private 30-minute lesson is $97, the Confidence Pack of three 30-minute sessions is $250, and our done-for-you Setup + In-Home Visit is $449 with travel included. See all prices.
Can I buy lessons for my mom or dad?
Yes. You can book for a loved one or buy a gift package. We'll coordinate the time with them directly and keep you in the loop if they'd like.
Is AI safe for older adults?
It can be, when you know a few simple rules. We build safety into every lesson: what never to share, how to spot fake voices and messages, and how to review anything an AI wants to buy for you.
What do I need for a lesson?
Just the device you want to use: a smartphone, tablet or computer. If you don't have one yet, we can help you choose a simple one.
Do I have to pay for ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Muse?
Plans, access and features vary by provider and may change. We review current options with you before you choose or pay for a tool.
Will you record the lesson?
Ask about a recording when arranging your lesson. We agree consent and the format first. A large-print cheat sheet helps you practice afterward.
Can my son or daughter join the lesson?
Of course. Family members are welcome to sit in, in person or on the call, at no extra charge.
How long until I'm comfortable using AI?
Everyone learns at a different pace. The Confidence Pack gives you three 30-minute sessions to practice and ask questions.
Do you help with things besides AI?
Our focus is AI, but lessons naturally cover the basics around it: apps, accounts, passwords, text size and staying safe online.
Is my information private?
You stay in control of your accounts and passwords. We discuss privacy settings and what to leave out of AI conversations. Our website privacy information explains how inquiries are handled.
